At Dardanelle Regional, our family is called to care for yours.
To ensure the health and safety of our patients, staff, and community, we have updated our visitor policy.
The current visitor policy is effective as of Thursday, July 1, 2021:
The visitor policy has been updated to allow 1 visitor per patient between the hours of 8:00 am-6:00 pm. Minors will be permitted 2 visitors. All visitors must be 16 years or older.
A patient may have a visitor plus a designated clergy member visiting at the same time.
All visitors are required to remain in the patient’s room at all times, except for the purposes of visiting the cafeteria for food. Additionally, all visitors are required to wear a mask at all times, unless eating. Visitors who are not wearing a face mask, or not wearing a mask properly, may be asked to leave and removed from the building. Visitors who choose not to wear a mask will not be allowed to return during the patient’s hospitalization.
All visitors must be screened each day.
Emergency Department: 1 visitor per patient; 2 visitors (deemed as parent or guardian) for minors.
Acute Inpatient/Swing Bed Patients: 1 visitor per patient during the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
We screen all employees, physicians, patients, and visitors daily for fever, symptoms, and recent travel. More screening information can be found under the tab “What to Expect When You Are Here.”

Virtual Visits
Telemedicine appointments can provide the care you need from the comfort of your own home. These virtual visits are a great option for appointments before, after, or in place of face-to-face care.
In-Person Care
Face-to-face care is a safe and secure option. The above safety precautions are in place to keep you safe. There are many conditions and medical emergencies that require immediate care and attention; please do not delay visiting your provider for fear of COVID-19.
